My name is Dirk Bockel. I grew up in Germany, I am Luxembourgish, I studied in the United States, and I race triathlons all over the world. I am an Olympian. I I am a multiple Ironman winner.  I raced for Leopard Trek  Pro Cycling and  BMC Pro Triathlon Team. I travel—a lot. Officially retired in 2017. Now enjoying the entrepreneur side of life.

Live & Let Tri is my blog. It is about triathlon lifestyle, nutrition, motivation, gear, training, & competition—and my life as I travel from race to race. After retiring I shifted my focus towards writing my book and sharing my knowledge with the world. Besides the book I am working on business projects to bring sport and business together.
