Kona Countdown 2012: Five Weeks out

I am starting to see my work pay off–even though there is a lot of work still to be done.  This week I enjoyed a visit from the family, BBQ, and some long rides in the mountains with Marko Albert.

  1. Hey Dirk, glad to hear that you’re healthy and training well. You do look very tired though haha. Get some good rest! I’ll be rooting for you for Kona. Good luck!
